Santa Pola is a traditional beach resort for Spanish people. It is a growing community in the province of Alicante, region of Valencia, which has maintained the best of its traditions and culture. Here, the real Spanish life can still be enjoyed. Its numerous attributes allow for all types of lifestyle. If you are a beach person then you have more than 11 km of beaches and beautiful coves to lose yourself in. Lovers of the environment will enjoy the Santa Pola Natural Salt Mine Park, one of the most beautiful coastal spots on the Mediterranean and also the Santa Pola Messinense Reef and the nearby island of Tabarca. For those who prefer culture there are many monuments of interest: the ruins of the historic Vigia Towers, the archaeological remains of the Portus Illicitanus or the Castle-Fort Cultural Centre and various museums.
