Rabo Real Estate Group is an international real estate company. In addition to the Netherlands, we are active in a large number of European countries, such as Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, and The Czech Republic. But we also have operations in the United States and Canada.
Rabo Real Estate Group operates with five business units. Not every BU is active in all countries. For the coming years, Rabo Real Estate Group will be placing its primary emphasis on Europe.

Enterprising people work at Rabo Real Estate Group. Our people have a love for the field, a hands-on mentality, are result-oriented, cherish personal responsibility, work together, have a sense of humour, are relatively young, are energetic, competent in their fields and highly educated. Our employees are what we call ‘proven talents’: men and women who, before coming to work for Rabo Real Estate Group, first gained 3 years of work experience at reputable companies.

The possibilities are limited for the time being. We fill most of our overseas vacancies ‘locally’. The number of Dutch Rabo Real Estate Group employees who are currently working abroad is very small. We do not have any policy for specifically training employees to be sent to work abroad. However, many operations abroad are in fact coordinated from The Netherlands, which means certain jobs do have an international character.

Your application will be reviewed by the HR manager of the relevant company department. This assessment will be made in light of pending vacancies as well as placement possibilities in the near future. You will receive feedback on the results of this assessment as soon as possible.

Rabo Real Estate Group invests a great deal in the development of its employees. In addition to the regular assessment and performance interviews, a meeting is held once a year between management and the employee involving specific discussion of ambitions, training possibilities and points for development. On the basis of this, agreements are made regarding attendance of courses and/or commencement of a multi-year education program. The resources Rabo Real Estate Group provides for this are quite ample. This provides strong stimulation for employee development.
