Our approach to business is characterized by three competences: Enterprising behaviour, Integrity and Cooperation. This is what we preach and this is what we practice. In this way, we endeavour to do justice uniformly to the interests of our principle stakeholders and the society in which we are working.

Our approach to business is determined by three competences:

  • Enterprising behaviour: identify opportunities and possible problems early on and take the appropriate measures, which may include taking risks.
  • Integrity: adherence to generally-accepted social and ethical norms, careful handling of information and applying the same standards to others that we apply to ourselves.
  • Cooperation: utilization of each other's knowledge and that of partners to attain optimal results for the client.

We endeavour to do justice uniformly to the interests of our principal stakeholders and the society in which we are working.


Employees

Employees are crucial to the success of our company. Colleagues are expected and encouraged to be enterprising self-starters. The development of personal skills is stimulated. Attainment of targets at the company and individual levels is adequately rewarded. Employees treat (confidential) information and available company resources with care. We do not make our employees’ privacy-sensitive information available to third parties. Employees are obliged to separate private interests from company interests and are bound by regulations regarding private investment transactions. They do not undertake any side-projects which might conflict with the interests of Rabo Real Estate Group.  Any appearance of corruption, fraud or bribery is shunned. The acceptance or offering of payments or other personal profits is not permitted. Employees who perform integrity-sensitive duties are tested in advance for compliance with the requirements specifically applying to the duties.

Our primary drive is to provide products and services which add value and are profitable for the client. Clients can count on quality, transparent pricing, reliable product information and sustainable solutions to the problems they present to us. Where necessary, we make an adequate identification of the client, his/her background and transaction pattern.

Our efforts are geared towards maximizing our shareholders' value over the long term. We achieve this aim via implementation of profitable growth on the basis of a market-oriented outlook. We offer adequate returns via optimal allocation of equity capital over activities that create value, taking into account the interrelations among the activities of Rabo Real Estate Group as a real estate enterprise.
