Total volume funds

The total volume of the funds initiated by Bouwfonds Asset Management for private investors is more than 2.0 billion euros (2007), with the emphasis increasingly focusing on housing.

In addition, Bouwfonds Asset Management has introduced a number of institutional products (IEF, Parking Fund, WDF (Residential Property Disposition Fund), US Residential Fund), with a volume in excess of 3.0 billion euros.

Assets under management

The total assets under management are valued at more than 5.0 billion euros. The net result for 2007 was 29,8 million euros.
