Total volume funds

The total volume of the funds initiated by Bouwfonds REIM for private investors is more than 2.5 billion euros, with the emphasis increasingly focusing on housing.

In addition, Bouwfonds REIM has introduced a number of institutional products (IEF, Parking Fund, WDF (Residential Property Disposition Fund), US Residential Fund, Loan Fund, Infrastructure Fund), with a volume of more than of 4.5 billion euros.
