We want to operate with integrity and be socially responsible. This imposes high demands on our conduct. The code of conduct provides us with the outlines of the relevant framework. A code of conduct is not a goal in itself, but rather an instrument to make our corporate culture (how we want to behave towards each other and our clients and business associates) clear to all employees and make it easier for them to discuss.
The code of conduct indicates our direction, in how we think about concepts such as ‘integrity’, ‘the appearance of a conflict of interest’, ‘to avoid conflicts of interest’, and makes these concepts a topic for discussion in our organisation.
