Activities

We establish and manage property portfolios for third parties and generate new investment products. These products, usually investment funds, are intended not only for larger institutional investors but also for private investors.

    Private investors

  • In the private market we establish property funds, mostly with Dutch and German property, for mainly Dutch investors. New markets can be added in the future. The minimum investment is € 15,000.

    Institutional investors

  • We are familiar with the needs of institutional investors and the developments in this market. This knowledge is brought together in the unit Institutional and Investment Products. Our specialists focus on structuring and distributing funds for the institutional market. We also focus on obtaining fund management mandates for specific property sector/market combinations.

    Inflation products

  • Thanks to its combined knowledge of the property market and the financial sector, Bouwfonds Asset Management is in an excellent position to develop creative solutions at the cutting edge of both of these markets. For example our Inflation products. For institutional investors we, and our partner IEF (Inflation Exchange Fund), have developed an attractive series of products: the IEF/Bouwfonds inflation products. With these, investors insure themselves so that they will receive an annual, inflation-related payment without the risks usually associated with internal or external property management.
